1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 71bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://71bat.io and all associated services, features, content, and products offered by 71bat (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 71bat website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the Services in any manner, you confirm that:

3 Account Registration

3.3 Account Ownership

Your 71bat account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account to any third party. 71bat accounts may not be used by any person other than the registered account holder. Any transfer of account access, sale of account credits, or facilitation of third-party wagering using your account is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 71bat account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the account is formally closed, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4 Account Security

4.1 Password and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 71bat login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 71bat will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

71bat strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account using your registered Bangladesh mobile number. 2FA provides an additional layer of protection by requiring a one-time verification code sent to your mobile number each time a login is detected from an unrecognised device or location.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

71bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are conducted exclusively in BDT. 71bat does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. 5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 71bat account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation from the respective mobile financial service. In rare cases of network delay, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect. 5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of submission for accounts with completed KYC verification. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 71bat does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account, as a measure against money laundering. In exceptional circumstances, withdrawal processing may take up to 24 hours during peak periods or during technical maintenance windows.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

71bat reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if:

5.6 Fees

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification. 71bat reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent suspension.

6.4 Expiry

All bonuses and free bets issued by 71bat carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any unclaimed, unmet, or expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance at the close of the promotion period without further notice.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 71bat are subject to the platform's bet acceptance rules. 71bat reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; the bet was placed after an event has concluded; system or technical errors have affected the integrity of the market; or the bet is suspected to be based on inside information.

7.2 Settled Bets

Once a bet has been settled and winnings credited to your account, the settlement is considered final subject to the following exceptions: manifest error in settlement; post-event discovery of match-fixing or result manipulation; or technical errors that caused incorrect settlement. 71bat reserves the right to correct settlements in all such circumstances, including clawing back incorrectly paid winnings.

7.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets on 71bat may be suspended at any time during an event at the platform's discretion. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed before a suspension are valid and will be settled according to the applicable rules for that market. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — even if accepted by the system due to data latency — will be voided.

• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupted wagering;

9 Intellectual Property

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 71bat's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

71bat expressly excludes liability for:
